New York City- Spotted outside of
LIM College earlier this week was the
Cupcake Stop truck. Personally I am against all things street vendor. But my sweet tooth empowers my mind at the simple mention of the intangible deliciousness a miniature cake entails. Especially those that are decorated extravagantly (like the ones in Chelsea Market, works of art!) I’m the girl who has waited for hours for Magnolia’s, made pit stops at Crumbs and the biggest thing I miss about LA is Sprinkles. The truck has an array of flavors that change by the week. This week the
Cupcake Stop is offering
strawberry shortcake, peanut butter and jelly and a mysterious “psychedelic tie dye” cupcake. Don’t think it can get any sweeter? The Cupcake Stop will donate leftover cupcakes to City Harvest 
which gives unused food to the homeless. How great would it be if during the upcoming fashion week this darling little truck made parked outside the tents with designer inspired cupcakes? A girl can dream. Stalk the
